Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hope World. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully.

📦 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for:

  • Items that are faulty, damaged, or significantly different from their description

  • Items that are unused, in original condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery (for change-of-mind returns)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • You must contact us at thewaterboys@hopeworld.com.au before returning any item

🔄 Change of Mind Returns

We are happy to offer store credit or exchange for change-of-mind returns, provided:

  • The item is returned within 30 days

  • It is in resaleable condition

  • Shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer’s expense

Refunds for change of mind are not required under Australian Consumer Law, but we offer store credit as a goodwill gesture.

⚖️ Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrectly supplied

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a description and photo(s) of the issue. If the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, we will offer:

  • A full refund

  • Or replacement at no cost, including return shipping if required

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank

🚚 Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
